Not only was every piece of furniture wrapped in padding, they placed pads on our new floors and covered the carpeting with plastic so as not to soil the carpeting. I have moved many times but this was the packing/loading I have ever had. Nothing was damaged or broken! I have already recommended this company to several friends.
